So my 03 6i has been having problems the past month, at a stop, the engine has a shutter to it. It acts like its going to stall and the RPMs drop to 250 and then it bounces back up and just idles roughly. This past weekend I finally put the time in an removed my intake manifold and replaced my pc hose/valve (which was cracked pretty badly). I also replaced all the vacuum hoses I could see as I put it back together. Unfortunately, the problem is still there and it is still throwing the same CEL codes, P2187 p0443 p2177 p0441. Is there anyone than can direct me to the next possible solution?

The codes are the key to fixing the problem. Bring the car to a good Mazda dealer. Unfortunately , diagnostic work is expensive. Some dealers are good at this and some are not. So many small items can cause a problem like this--- and some large components. From my experience , like I said ,a good Mazda dealer can fix the problem. Have had various emission related parts replaced, which caused a bad idle. $20 part/ $500 labor. No easy fix. Good luck.
I assume you have looked up all codes.
2 of them relate to emissions/evap system. Both have the potential of pointing to the purge valve solenoid, so i would have that checked out.
The other two codes are indicating that you are running lean. Things i would do for this are to confirm that there are no breaks/cracks in the intake. I would also clean the MAF and maybe even clean the throttle body.

Any chance the hose from the air box to the IM is cracked? Remove and inspect it.
