I have a 2010 Mazda 6 s Grand Touring and whenever I try to stream audio from bluetooth or through the auxiliary plug I only get audio out of the left side speakers. If I switch the balance all the way to the right side, I get nothing. Can someone please help?

Only thing i can think off, when you run Auxiliary, could be a bad cable. But as far as bluetooth, it could be just the type of music you have...Might be recorded in Mono instead of stereo...

Try streaming something from pandora and see if this is still an issue to rule out the type of file you are trying to play. Then try using the aux cable and see if you get the same results.

Thanks for the responses. I tried a different phone as well as pandora and a different auxiliary cable with the same results. Only sound from the left speakers. When I switch to radio or cd, all speakers work perfectly.

Only other thing besides from what Shady_37 said is that it might be the head unit. But it sounds like it could be the phone itself..... or take it to the dealer and see if it is the actual head unit

On a 6 year old thread? I doubt it. But it sounds like the jack is bad.
