What's the difference between Lapis blue Metallic, and that Pearl blue color...

There is no Pearl Blue. Not unless you're looking at Wagons anyhow.
In '05 there is only one Blue -- "Lapis Blue". Unless you're talking about Wagons, in which case there is "Squall Blue Pearl", but they're extraordinarily rare. It's a lighter blue, mixed with a fair amount of grey. They're rare, so I can't find a decent picture off hand. Here's a small one of the Squall Blue compared to Lapis Blue

In 2006 there will be an "Bright Island Blue Metallic" offered on the Hatchbacks. It's a lighter blue than Lapis Blue with less purple in it.
