Problems GPS TomTom

I received my new Mazda6 3 months ago, but I have recurrent problems with the GPS NB1.
Is there anybody here who has the same problem?

GPS loses lock

I don't know what problems you've experienced but here's what I've encountered since you've brought the subject up. Very occassionally, the nav system keeps losing the GPS satellite signal. When it does this there is no terrain issue but rather wide open sky. It will continue for an extended period and stopping the car and restarting has no effect. Cancelling the route and restarting has no effect. There is nothing on top of the dash that might interfere with the signal (I believe this is the antenna site). Naturally you get some pretty squirrely behaviour from the screen and audible instructions when this happens. Then it goes back to normal for weeks on end. Anyone else here have this experience?

Westwood1 I am having the same exact problem with the same conditions (i.e. clear sky, clear dash, no trees, no buildings). I just took a 10 hour trip where I really need the GPS. I noticed that nothing was updating about 6 hours into the trip. GPS was telling me to make left and rights on the Interstate and showed me off the road. I had to pull off, turn off the car, and reboot by pulling the SD card. Just restarting the car was not enough. Now I have noticed a loss of signal indication at the bottom of the screen around home . Have you found a solution?

Yes, I've been having the same problem with mine. After taking it in about 4-5 times for this, and they'd say it's working fine, I finally discovered that it seemed to be interfering with my cell phone (or my cell phone GPS was interfering with my car?) Since then, I've been turning of my phone gps when driving and worked well for awhile. Now lately I'm having the same issues again. Seems to be when I need it the most, TomTom can't find GPS signal, no matter what I do to the phone. Taking it in this weekend, I will request this update, hopefully it will help.
