Much appreciated for the help. Haven’t yet installed the usb box but wow even the infotainment system with the 70.00.100 after using that today definitely a different system so much quicker and easier to use. So a must on Mazda

So I’ve just done it but one thing after loading it putting the android auto and apple car play I’ve got a problem with mic and steering column and volume from apple car play. Thanks

So, I just have done hardware upgrade, everything works perfect.
just one thing I wanna mention.
When you attempt to remove the console with cup holders, there is a screw under back cupholder bottom lining,
Im sure that is not in every version, my 2017 has that screw,
If someone mention that before here, then this is just a reminder.
Thanks and have a great Sunday!

Just a quick question from a complete noob to this....
I'd like to update my software, as I'm on an old 55 version on my 2016 Mazda 6 (UK), and I do find it a bit glitchy at times.
( I don't have an iphone , just an Android phone, and I don't know how the Android Auto compares to Apple carplay)
So, I have downloaded the 70.000.367A EU N firmware. Can I just install this and run it OK without the hardware , and maybe upgrade the hardware later?
Also , do I need to install 70.00.100A first?

Any recommendations are welcome.

I highly recommend you read first post by ASH8 very carefuly and follow upgrade procedure,
Yes, you need to install 70.00.100A.

I have many versions of mazda connect for different regions, I am sure that many of you need one, the latest and most recent version that I have is 70.00.100 and previous versions, if anyone is interested, write to me, I will gladly mount it to a drive so that you can download it.

But I am looking for the latest version 70.00.352. ADR, if anyone has it or a link to download, I thank you

People join just to get the files and we cant tell if they are for real or Mazda trolling for people sharing the files after they sent a cease and desist.

Most of the info I posted on front page has been updated.
As we know the posting of live corporate URLs or Links is not permitted, the guy who paid and ran the old Hi-Drive Server was shut down DMCA.

Now if any of you guys require new Firmware you can still obtain it but you must message me here by clicking on my Avatar and hit Message.

I need to know What Version is running in car now, both the Failsafe and Reinstallation numbers, the Region Letters and the COUNTRY Car is driven in as some of you use a VPN.

Now I still do not give out any tweaking advice AIO nor do I have any OLDER and outdated Firmware as I needed space in server.
I only carry the minimum for each car model and region to update to the latest Firmware Versions.
For Gen 6 Mazda MZD-Connect that is 74.00.324A. (NA N, EU N or 4A N), still do not have any Japan Firmware or JP M.

For Current Gen 7 Mazda's yes can help there but can ONLY update the original installed, but just a word of advice....
DO NOT IMPORT or EXPORT these Mazda's as YOU CAN NOT Change Firmware to the local used, radios don't work, maps don't work and Mazda Dealers can not update or service or repair.
The system just will not permit to change Regions all you will get is 'File Not Found', don't ask as there is nothing I can do or any Mazda Dealer can do as their system don't repair Mazda's made for and sold in other countries.
