Left Brake light problem 2009 Grand Touring

Quick question about left rear brake lights. First off, I have not tried to replace the bulbs yet. The running lights work (both sides) but when pressing the brake pedal, there is no brake light activity on the left side. I see 2 filaments in the both of the bulbs, and both "look" ok. The right brake light illuminates fine (both sets of filaments work), but the left one does not, even though the front filament in both bulbs stays on with the running lights. Is this a possible electrical issue or should I just try to replace the bulbs? Thanks for any info!

Change the bulb.

Thanks. It was indeed the bulb. Switched right to left and it worked fine. The reason I didn't try that at first is that I thought there were two bulbs for each side (when you look at it from outside it appears there are two, from the mirroring inside the housing) and I thought it was odd that both would burn out at the same time on one side. Obviously though, there is only one brake light bulb per side. Also didn't realize it was so darn easy to switch them out. It was literally a 2 minute job switching both sides out even after pulling back the carpeting. Thanks again!
