Is it time to replace the water pump?

I would stick with oem for the water pump, the gaskets and the belt tensioner, I don’t think the belts necessarily matter too much as these aren’t race motors lol.
This, cause aftermarket ones arent always correct.
 
So in my case...im not going to be getting all of the old fluid out (which is fluid from 2014), so can I just go with the Peak product?

No, you HAVE to use FL22 per Mazda. It even says on the overtflow.
