Do you really think that you can REDUCE backpressure by making the hole SMALLER?

Omg, they are now putting it in the tail pipe...

you are trying to REDUCE obstructions with every exhaust system, not increase it. Ebay should make this shit illegal, its as false as it gets. Might as well be selling broken electronics...

Another SCAM

I actually emailed the company a long time ago asking for a dyno sheet on how much HP it gives you.... they never replied

That has to be the stupidest shit ever... The people who thought of that crap should be shot. correction the people who actually believe it and buy into that crap should be shot. Where are they located, I think I'll head over and slap them.

i'm pissed someone else thought to do this. word must have gotten around that these thing are beyond worthless on the air intake side.

you're much better off adding racing strips.

I actually had a vortex generator for my deceased Mazda 6 in the intake and nooooo it doesn't work you might feel a little on your horsepower but nothing woth mentioning save your cash dude

No, You loose power... shove a stick up your intake, it has the same effect. Huge amounts of research go into making the air in the intake less turbulant. That thing does the exact opposite.

What about those vortex generator that you put on your roof like the evo's have? Do those things work?

Are you talking about the black finned bar at the back of the roofline on the MRs? If so, that is actually functional on the EVOs. It directs the airflow over the rear wing. The STIs also have a small diverter that directs airflow across their rear wing. If you put either on a 6 however you are just gluing on rice.

I'd actually like to see real evidence that they do this. And IF so, at speeds that anyone will ever see on public roads.

They do in fact work, they have been used on aircraft for years to reduce the stall speeds. They cause the otherwise turbulent air to "Stick" to the surface. Just imagine the wing below the rear window of an EVO.

The wing on the left does not have vortex generators, while one on the right does.

this is what they look like on a plane.

of course, this is all theoretical. the post above shows proof
