Hi All, I am in search of a cargo cover for my 2018 mazda 6 wagon. I've tried looking around wreckers within Australia with no success and also via mazda dealership which they have quoted me $1500 for a brand new one! Does anyone know where I can get a good condition secondhand one or somewhere I can buy one off online? Thanks

I bought my car off an auction and it was missing when I bought it. Iam located in WA.

Are you looking for the parcel shelf/tonneau cover ?

It is listed for $580.41 AU here.

Most of the new ones are in Ukraine and Russia....

The used ones are in Japan but you will have to search and be patient I reckon.

@Archerfish I like this one.

Thanks for this yes! Iam after the parcel shelf/tonneau cover! Perfect! Any idea where I could buy a second hand one from Japan? Any reputable companies from Japan who sells secondhand parts and ships overseas?

@DrFeelGood, I don't know why I always mess up with the right keyword but I have that image in my mind about the cover.

My brother's Hyundai Tucson has that cover so I was thinking it should be the same with the wagon.

That picture of the wagon reminds me of the game I played "a few years ago", Oregon Trail or something. [emoji3]

I see the comments about "wagon" lol Full Aussie term is 'station wagon'.
And what you are referring to is the retractable cargo cover... like a window blind that retracts, except this one operates in a horizontal position.
I would suggest Aliexpress (China). I have one but the spring mechanism was broken - NA in Australia, $90 from Germany, $30 from China.
Try the wreckers search sites and as final resort, speak to a tarp manufacturer who may be able to make one from scratch.
Good luck mate

Well, to start with, mine is a 2003 model. And yes it was in very good condition.
I paid a very good (low) price and allowed an amount of $s to get it up to my standard.
One of the things I did was to replace the not working properly 6 stacker with a touch screen (under $300 from China). Apart from now having access to 23 CDs (memory stick) I also have a great radio, rear camera, GPS , Google etc etc.
I have a great mechanic and get it serviced as per book when it says it should. I just upgraded the front end (suspension kit and control arms) and all engine mounts.
I so far have not spent all the dollars that I allowed myself to spend.

I hope you are happy with your purchase.
