Yes, it is a direct fit. It's not cheap though, so be prepared to spend quite a bit of $$.

I've just recently done it. If you have ordered the parts, prepare to either be lucky or disappointed The inserts at the bottom of the bumper don't line up with the exhaust. They hang to low and are far from centered. I'm switching mine up to a CorkSport in the next coming week and I know for a FACT that they line up properly. I've seen people do this before and they have had some pretty good luck with their exhaust, unfortunately for me, I didn't.
