Is it time to replace the water pump?

That’s quite a leak ya got there. I would most definitely replace the water pump as well as both belts and the gasket for the pump and the o-ring for the coolant tube that goes into the back of e water pump. You’ll have to remove the pulley first which may be a challenge but you’ll have to do it either through the top or through the wheel well. After that you can remove the pump itself.
 
So in my case...im not going to be getting all of the old fluid out (which is fluid from 2014), so can I just go with the Peak product?

Again I would stick with oem FL-22, that’s the only coolant that should be run in mazda engines starting back with some of the Ford motors but the motor is specifically designed to run on it. If the aftermarket coolant doesn’t equate to the oem I wouldn’t use it. And tbh if you drain the system how you say you’re going to it should only require like 2 gallons of coolant which I don’t think is that much of a problem if it’s going to assure my car runs correctly.
