i guess i shoulda asked how old everyone is too

i turn 25 in april so hopefully it'll go down.

J dragon.. how old are u? did u get a ton of ticket?

i have 5 tickets, 2 accidents which include reckless driving when i had the spicV....

i guess this is relevent cuz the new year brought a 300 increase in 6 month rates!

How the hell is your insurance 930 for 6 months and you are high risk at 17? I'm over 25 with no accidents and mine is slightly higher. Do you live in the middle of nowhere?

I am about
$1300 for a 6 month term... bastards. Re: Geico, at least for me... when I had my 6s which was slightly lower, I checked out Geico and they were about TWICE as much as Progressive.

I'm paying around $1100 a year in MA. I live in a somewhat rural area, and have pretty much every discount you can get - clean record, multi-car, etc. In MA, we have the 2nd highest rates in the US after NJ and our insurance is regulated, so companies like State Farm, Progressive and Geico do not do business here. All things considered, I think my rate is pretty good.

I think anything over 1500 is just too much to drive a car. I mean WTF is insurance? Its like "what if". I see some of you guys are paying almost 4000 to drive a car just incase of "what if". I'd rather drive a cheap paid off beater then give 4k to some insurance company. Thats alot of money that could be spend on other things more useful.
