Has anyone every tried to install this kit from Xtralight.com? It is called the Halo Fog Light kit. I brought them to a professional installer and they told me the lamps won't fit due to the angle the lights are in. Does anyone have a fix?
thanks

Do you have the sport bumper and is the kit for the sport bumper?[/b]
I do have the sport bumper, and the Halo fog kit does not say either way if it is for the sport or non sport bumper... I am assuming that this actually matters, can you expound a little more please?

thanks

True, but it doesn't say which bumper. Sport, nonsport, euro spec, etc. Basically if it doesn't specify you can bet it won't fit yours. Those look like the numerous options that don't fit the US bumper. You'll have to return them and get the ones from Heronew, they'll fit your sport bumper.

I have seen those before, they only fit the non-sport bumper. If you can wait, there will be some halo fogs getting manufactured in 6-8 weeks from now for the sport bumper.

Thanks a million, just checked out Heronew's website, http://www.jinsu-power.com, and they do have them for $100.00.

Do you know who will be making them or where I can get them?

I'd do a search on Hero's fogs first. I have the non-sport so I've not used Heronews but some people say the output isn't the greatest. However, Hero is a personal friend of mine and a great seller.

So to sum it all up; these fit 03-05 NON-sport bumper?

Correct, these fog lights only fit the NON-sport bumper. They will NOT fit the sports bumper.

Not 100% if I was any of you with a non sport bumper id just buy the OEM ones. Fit perfect and wont brake/melt or have any other issues I had with the type of fogs you are looking at.

Agreed. Why not just get the OEMs, we KNOW they fit. I've never seen these, and I'd be skeptical about their fitment on any N/A bumper.

I have installed the OEM non sport bumper fogs, and it is a great fog light kit!
I got Heronews sport bumper fogs, and the lights that come with the kit really suks! The housing themselves fit nicely onto the sport bumpers, which isn't the problem.
Heronew is a great vendor, and the quality of the lights isn't his fault. But just to let you know, if you're buying fog light to really work and aim like fog lights, the ones that Heronew at jinsu power is not the lights to get.
I'm actually considering changing out my sport bumper, for a non sport bumper with a lip, just so I can install a set of OEM fogs.
