Are there 2 types of OEM side skirts?

I just bought side skirts from a member here, smooth deal btw.
But I can figure out how to mount them.
I have a 03 6i without factory side skirts, non sports pack, base model.
On the side of the skirts, theyre are mounting holes, but of course theres nothing to mount it to.
Does the dealer sell some sort of "mounting kit"?

Also are theyre two different types of OEM skirts?
I saw on the erebuni site, and they have 2 different types of OEM replacement kits, one for the sports pack and one for base model.

Does anyone know about this?

There is only 1 type of OEM side skirt. Those others are considered aftermarket, even though they may look like OEM, they are still aftermarket.

As for installing them, you should have gotten some hardware with them, not much but there's some. There's about 10 plastic clips, and I believe 4-5 caps for holes for under the car, to fill the rock guard thingy. Yes, you actually need to (shutter) drill into the car those 10 holes...you also should've gotten Instructions, which include a template. If I were you, I'd take those bad boys to your nearest dealer and let them handle it.
