Looking for the latest firmware update for my 2016 Mazda 6 (UK)

Hi I'm just wondering where I can find the latest firmware update for my 2016 mazda 6, it's currently on 56.00.230 which I believe is quite old now. I'd like to upgrade to the car play/android auto infotainment if possible but I've read it's not compatible with early firmware versions, any help would be great, thanks for reading.

Hey mate, yeh I managed to sort it with no hiccups, I messaged the main guy ash on here and he sent me the files and instructions, bought the usb stick and installed it. Took around an hour to complete, good you manage to get it sorted aswell 👌🏽
