consider replacing at least 3 ignition coils too(back 3=hardest to replace) while the intake manifold is off...

don't waste your money on ebay headers! the amount of time it take to remove all that stuff and install headers, you want it done right the 1st time IMO! ebay headers are garbage from what i read around; welds cracking, leaks, etc...

+1 completely. Unless you know how to weld and customize an exhaust to get it to fit, don't waste your $$$ on a HUGE headache with ebay headers. Either take the hit and buy some legit headers from a reputable company that you know will fit and last (i.e MSDS, etc.), or don't install them at all. If you don't install headers, you can do what I plan to do, which is gut the pre-cats and install an o2 simulator or anti-fouler. I plan to gut the rear precat still on the car, since it's easily accessible once the y-pipe is disconnected. However, the front precat has limited access through the o2 sensor bung, so I will probably have to pull that manifold off (much easier to remove than the rear precat) and spend some time gutting the precat off the car.
