Hi everybody,

I'm thinking of making a tint of my windows. According our law in Lithuania, we can only tint the rear window and the rear side windows as dark as I want, but no tint on the front side windows is allowed. Anyway, I could get a certain certificate to tint all the windows and the police here would not have any complains.

But I'm also thinking of making a trip accross Europe so probably my certificate would not be valid in any other country, so do you know what are the regulations in other European countries regarding the window tint.

The rules are about the same everywhere. No more than 30% tint on side/front windows (like they are standard on the 6). And rear sides and rear window may be tinted as black as you wish.

The police may fine you, but they usually do not if you're from another country.
