EDIT New ones in the sunlight, thanks for Mazda6S for the trick on embedding :)

This camera still does not show how bright and shiny the wheels look. When I do a close up, it just looks dull...ugh!

Okay, it's taken a while, but here are a few quick pics of the car and mods, enjoy!

now a drop = total hotttnesss :D

Thanks, got a couple of thumbs up from people on the road today :D

Nice! How is the reception with the stub?

It's decent, not quite as good as the OEM, but like 85-90% of what it was. And it's really not the distance/range that suffers, it's the quality when you're downtown or around a lot of concrete and steel like underpasses/bridges - go figure!

I did have one question since putting on the wheels, it seems the camber angle on the back wheels has changed. The fronts are still 100% perpendicular to the road, but the back wheels seems to pointing in towards the top of the car a few degrees. Is this normal? I tried to take a pic, but the angle is small enough where you can't see anything with a photo. Thoughts?

I think mine does this with the stock wheels, barely noticeable, and maybe it's just an illusion with the rear fender lip. Nice wheels, turned out well!

What size tires?

Thanks,
Dave

18x7 +50mm offset with 225/45s Potenza RE050A's (same tire that came on our car stock, which are REALLY good tires), was a close out special at Tirerack, $132 a pop, usually $220!

I'm going to post some more pics today, the lighting was horrible when I took those pics right after I had the wheels put on, it was dusk....

Kevin

EDIT PS I might be selling the stock rims and tires, any interest from anyone?

PSS To everyone that said drop it, I plan on getting the springs next :)
