Man, everyone on here or at least the guys that write in this part are so much more knowledgeable than me. I have a question, I really like this wheel... and the size is 17x7.5 with a 48mm offset. I have been reading about stuff with an offset not at least 50mm sticking out, i was wondering if these would stick out far, and what would be the best tire size for these. I am planning on lowering the car before i get these if that makes a difference. I was looking at the 5Zigen 5ZR/Copse

Thanks!

Yup.. Those will fit with no problem. Do you have any pics of your tire/wheel combo? Would like to see them.

Also... Since you are looking into dropping the car, with that size you should have to worry about rubbing either. Make sure to check out our group buy for H&R Springs that will drop up to 1.5". $250 shipped will be one of the best deals you'll get.

While you don't always have to get an alignment redone after a drop.. I might suggest dropping and getting the new wheels/tires put on at the same time.. Save some time and money and will make sure everything is straight and put on right!

http://home.ptd.net/~dice/mycar/5zr_slp.jpg --- 5Zigen

The other one i was looking at was the ASA JS5 but i think i like the 5Zigen better

As for the tire, i am not sure what would be the best size, i was looking at 225/45/17's ... that was the other part of my question... what would be the best tire size... if that is good then i am gettin the goodyear eagle f1's for my summer tire. Dont have a pic with them both.

Here's the link for the group buy: http://www.mazda6club.com/forums/read.php?TID=3169

Well, as far as wheels go.. I think I like the second one better.. but thats just me. I think that tire size would probably be just fine.
