I use synthetic just cant remember what type of oil i used last time. I am on my second stock turbo and we r coming up on warm months? Should I used 10w-40 or something else coming up on 80k miles

Car manual says 5w30, though many run 5w40 in the winter and 10w40 in the summer.

i would stick to 5w-30 or 5w-40 but nothing else. that is all that is really rated for this car.

Same here. If I can't get Rotella my second choice is Penzoil Platinum.

my bike runs t6 and i haven't had any issues yet with it. i will try that in my car this weekend when i do a oil change.
