Hi All,

I am hoping someone can provide a little insight into this relatively new leak. In between oil changes, at 137K, a gasket gave out. I guess.

Here is one (large) picture. That's fresh fluid below the linkage. One of the reasons I am posting is that if the transmission or PTO must come out, then where do I stop? Clutch and related? Highway miles .. and hard miles.

The fluid, not motor oil, seemed to be seeping from above .. I have had PTO work 60K miles ago or so (leaking). This looks different.

Thanks for looking.

NP, it's fairly common and a straight easy fix. Parts are super cheap too.

Just noticed this on mine during my last oil change... so I'll have to look into it. I've also noticed a "hot oil" smell in the cabin after I drive hard. Could this been that smell?
