Hey Everyone,

I posted about 2.5 months ago about a series of issues with a low mileage MS6 (15,000 miles). These problems went on even after addition of short shifter and put in a CAI.

1. Mis-shifts at high revs
2. Sluggish/sticky shifting
3. Cannot shift into first sometimes if clutch fully depressed
4. Minor heat-sink issues
5. Less power than expected

All the issues are finally fixed here what was done (all at dealership)
-- this is what was on the paperwork
1. Transmission flushed @ replaced w/ redline
2. Engine coolant flush & replaced
3. Transfer case & all related seals replaced
4. Engine oil replaced with full synthetic
5. Clutch adjusted & spacers added
6. ECU flashed
-- they noted the major power-loss and massive turbolag was because of the broken transfer case

i hope that all was under warranty... glad u got it all fixed tho !

I bought my vehicle with 15,000km (9300 miles) so i purchased a mazda 3 year full warranty for $1500...only $50 deductible...its been great...all repairs so far have come out to $2800

thats a very smart move !. wish i had a factory one when i got mine. glad u get all ur issues solved

you cant machine the stock dual-mass flywheel
