Well I dont know if anyone here called and drove them nuts but whatever happened or whoever helped out, it is greatly appreciated. On the way home from Mazda yesterday after getting all the work done on my own buck, the Senior vice president of Express oil change personally called me not once but twice from his cellphone asking me what we could do to resolve the issue. I have a meeting with him @ their corporate office this afternoon and will post the results here on this thread tonight so check back later. Again, thanks guys.

I had a meeting with the VP today. They loaded me full of free oil change cards (4) and also cut me a check for EVERY expense I incurred due to their error. They ended up being VERY cool. In the end, I am VERY satisfied that the VP took care of me as good as he did. Well, things worked out (for once)
