Hey there,

Sorry I didnt get your email. We were having issues last week while at the track.. some emails got lost. If you could please send your inquiry again, I will get right on it. Thanks and sorry for the delay.

Just my 2 cents, but this is the way any and every problem should be handled. Calmy post up for advice or any complaints. If you piss of a vendor or a member that just creates more problems.

Not pissed off at all. But like jdips said.. some people will go onto a forum and totally bash a vendor for similar stuff. THEN, I'd be upset, but still try to work out a solution.

We usually get to every email within a few hours or less... but in this specific instance, I think the ISP/internet connection we were using at the track was a bit iffy. We lost a few emails in the download from the incoming mail server :(

Well that seems like a legitament excuse. I mean, why would a vendor not follow-up with their customers? You won't be in business very long if that is how you treat your consumers.
