[Thunderstriker]

Anybody know how to remove this piece where the shift light is it’s got some sort of gunky stuff on/under it and I’m trying to clean it but I’ve scrubbed the hell out of the top of it I think the problem is underneath if not the can that piece be replaced? I can’t find out what it’s even called or how to just remove it It looks like it has water spots all over it but it’s not on the surface
