Test o2 / lamda sensor. Which is the sensor wire?

So iv had some issues with the O2 sensor, and wanted to test. I know I can test the sensor wire to ground, but Im unsure which of these 4 cables are the correct one.
Anyone have an idfea, or a better way to test theO2 sensor.

Also, is there 1 or 2 on these car, I was a bit unsure if it had an upper aswel?

Hello, 4-wire O2 sensors are heated sensors and rated by the manufacturer at 160,000km service life.
North America did not receive the diesel as an option so your specific responses are going to be somewhat limited.
