Hi all!

...but those who cannot watch swedish TV-channel Kanal5 stop reading here... :D

The channel's motor show Motorjournalen will test the newly released Mazda6 on Thursday.

Exciting times, indeed. Every swedish car magazine has so far made all thumbs (and then some) up for this car. But seeing the test "live" is even funnier. (If it's a good test, that is...)

Anyway: don't miss it!

Kanal5, torsdag 3 oktober 20.00 med repris lördag 5 oktober 14.15

Just for the record..."fan" means "hell". Last time I went to Sunday school (this was a fairly long time ago, though) this was not where God lived...:D

:hoho

In this thread, you should be! ;)

If we ever behave unpolite again speaking in strange tounges, use this link to decode our messages:

http://www-lexikon.nada.kth.se/cgi-bin/sko...lverket/swe-eng

That goes for swedish. Dutch is another thing. I guess Oppenheimer or Matt or someone has to give you that key...;)

Yes, all baltic languages are part of the finnish-ugrian language stem if I'm not misinformed...

The translation of the following is 'Damn, what a strange language do you have (about swedish :D); with all those weird accents.. And dannish people sound strange too; like you rewind a videotape.. :)
Those scandinavians do speak english very well

Those people have to express themselves in someway to the more 'civilisated' world.. :D
And finnish is really easy to understand.. ;) just like hungarian.. :)

So, hope I've made this clear to you applejax.. ;)

As far as I know most other languages spoken in baltic region come from indoeuropean stem, but we should confirm it with someone from Latvia (Gasjs?) or Lithuania. In modern Estonian there are less than 1% of words related to Latvian language.

We're looking forward to the linguistic development in this thread from someone from the lower parts of the Baltics...:D
