Okay so, earlier today, check engine came on and I thought maybe it was another loose gas cap problem. Stopped, turned the car off and tightened the gas cap, it still didn't go away. Since I was running out of gas, I decided to fill up and upon filling up, the car began having problems starting. It was REAL slow in starting and sluggish. Eventually it started and I got home. Honestly, I hear no unusual sounds or anything. What could it be?

Did you check the oil ?

def check the CEL. it could be hundreds of different things. any autozone, oreillys, or advanced auto will check your CEL for free.

Then once they give you the code there is a CEL code list somewhere around here that can help you pin point what your car is cryin about.

bring the code and they will also tell you what the code means(usually if they have the metal compacity).

lol I work in a steel shop and post all day...... 3/4 of my life is composed around metal.



then agian, the wife says it is good my car is yellow, that way everyone else in traffic know where the special kid is in traffic.
