Hi,I had changed my headlights and removed the airbox, when I put it back in I forgot to attach a vacum line to the airbox.I started to drive the car and it was running rough sometimes,I stopped and put the hose back on but still have the problem, would resetting the computer fix this? Disconnecting the battery will reset the computer?

Disconnect your battery, recheck all of your connections that you've touch.
--while your at it, it's a good time to check your air filter & clean the MAF sensor

Reconnect the battery after ~15-20 minutes.

Start the engine

LET IT IDLE (don't adjust anything else...lights, brakes, gas pedal, A/C...etc) until it fully warms up

Drive normally for the next few days, nothing aggressive

it should solve your issue(s)..unless something else is jacked up. Have to wait & see.

PS: it's always a good idea to disconnect your battery every time you work on the engine, electrical...

Um... I would just check to make sure you connected the vacuum lines to the correct places, and that all are secure (you might have to cut a few cm off the end if they are stretched out to get a good seal). With vacuum leaks, you don't have to do all of what sandman said, as soon as the leak or problem is corrected, the car will run normally.
