I'm sorry but I don't understand why you feel this thread should be ended. I didn't start this to bash streetunit and already was aware of the things you stated above. I would however like to know if this was happening to anyone else that ordered from them, how their conversations went, and what if any agreement they came to. Maybe I need to read up on why threads are closed but this surely doesn't seem to be one of those.Retailer made mistake w/ their actions and website functionality, now retailer has to eat the cost of the mistake.
Their problem, not consumers problem.
Retailer should not have called customer idiot.

Do you mind saying what happened? I understand if you don't want to, yet I'm curious.For what it's worth I too had some problems with Street Unit. It was resolved, enventually, but I have to say there seems to be a trend here.
