I have a 2003 4dr and I want to replace the factory unit with a Multimedia unit. I want to also put DVD screens on my headrest.
Is this possible with this model?

anything is possible. the easiest way to do it is get the flip out screen that replaces the map pocket that has a built in dvd player. and it also has video outputs. so that would feed the headrest monitors. probably would be the easiest and cheapest route. you can get those screens off ebay for pretty cheap.
