I meant someone who repairs them professionally by removing the leather and stitching on a new piece of leather, all the internet shows are cheap overlay ways of repairing the steering wheel that makes them thicker than the original steering wheel.

D00d, dont you understand thats too broad of a question for this board? There arent Mazda specific steering wheels repairers, so youll have to look on your continent.

well if you have some local shop in your area that specializes in car aesthetics any shop can do it and they will charge you a lot!

might be easier/cheaper to just replace the whole steering wheel (keep your original airbag, because $$$).
