Has anybody ever tried to fit the Steeda front sway bar for the Ford Fusion on the Speed6?

Steeda Sway Bar

Their website states that the sway bar will fit the 2003 to 2008 Mazda6, but it doesn't specify the Speed6.

As far as I know, AutoEXE is the only company offering a front sway bar for the Speed6, and it is almost twice the price of the Steeda part.

Yeah, im curious, their site claims that most of their parts will work on the 6, from what i understand the Fusion & Mazda 6 use a lot of the same chassis parts.

I can't even recall how the front sway bar is routed on the Speed6. The PTO may get in the way if the sway bar runs behind the engine, but if it runs in front of the engine, there shouldn't be a problem. I'll have to take a peek under the car and check...

it will work fine on a regular mazda6. i never said it wouldnt fit a 6. but a speed6 has this thing called a transfer case that kinda gets in the way where a normal 6 has its front sway bar. hence why this wont fit.

any of this could have been found by just searching. thats why even the sways sold for the reg 6's say right on them 'will not fit speed6's'...
