Over the weekend I put my nice summer rims back on. For the first day and a half everything was fine. Then on Sunday I heard a sort of knocking sound which would get loud and faster as I increased my speed. It almost sounds like I have a flat tire but I definitley do not and I also checked tired pressure and it is all okay. I never balanced the wheels after putting them back on nor did I use a torque wrench.

I also hear a fluttering/squeaky kind of sound comming from the front right of the car that you can hear pretty noticeably when the windows are open. What did I do??

Sounds like you didn't properly tightened the lugs. It's hard to see without a torque wrench. But anyway, it should be tight but not extremely tight.
