Well you've all (I guess) heard the story that the heating isn't so good in the 6. Well, there's nothing wrong with the heat, but if you have the ACC, you may feel it's a bit slow and doesn't put the heat where you want it when you want it.
I have tried it out thoroughly. Here's a simple "fix".
Turn up the temperature to 23 degrees Celsius (or equivalent in F). 21 degrees was good on my 626, but to get the same heat it requires 23 on the 6.
Also, open the outer vents slightly and direct the air right down. Open the outer vents on the centre console also slighty and direct them at 10 o'clock (the left one) and 2 o'clock (the right one). Open the centre vent a bit more and direct the air straight down.
This setting compensates for the shortcomings of the ACC.
