So I just got SURE Turbo Inlet Pipes from Streetunit for Xmas:

SURE Motorsports Sidewinder

I have NO CLUE how to install it. The pipe that i thought it replaces is extremely shorter then it and does not have the same design or anything... can someone please help me out with a HOWTO or anythinggg???
I know its probably a really simple install that im just being dumb about....

the turbo inlet pipe is the section that connects the air intake to the turbo charger inlet.

your gonna wanna take intake off your intake first. then remove battery and battery tray to get to the clamp on turbo. basically it is a bigger better replacement for the restrictive plastic tube.

sorry my mistake on that typo. this might help explain better. you are right the top is the intercooler.

that tube youre talking about is the turbo out let....


this is an example of a big turbo... but the inlet connects here

The stock TIP looks like a black plastic pancake looking thing, just tug on it, I bet it just falls right off. Mine and a lot of other peoples did.


When you compare your tip to the SURE you'll see a big difference.

Got it on, looks pretty cool and sounds sick. Gave it this Whoosshhh sound more then just a pshhh if anyone understands that lol. with the HKS blow off valve is sounds a pigion under low boost when i let off the gas.. its funny but sounds cool.

Did not come off that easily though.. ripped my hand up trying to get the SURE pipe onto the turbo but i got it. No noticable gains but worth it IMO
