My window tracks haven't been lubricated since I bought the car and my windows are now starting to operate very slowly. I’m curious, what are you guys using to lubricate and clean your tracks? I was thinking of a white lithium grease. Any suggestions?

My mechanic sprayed WD40 in the tracks after replacing a window regulator on a previous car. The windows were tinted and the WD40 did not cause any problems with the tint. I don't think I'd use the white grease (too messy).
