Pulled the center console up this past weekend to check out wire routing and was examining the 5-spd manual shifter mechanism. Looks like swapping in a short shifter would be fairly easy. Anybody have any idea who would offer such a thing if it were to make it to the aftermarket? Would like to make a phone call or two.
