Hello yall,
I was installing my side engine mount yeaterday, and when doing final torque specs (I thought was 70lbs it is NOT 70...) ended up sheering the bolt/rivet that goes through the wheel well next to the ground strap. I buttoned up everything and the mount dooesnt move a hair so I dont need to tow it to the shop but I was wondering if any of you have had experience with tapping and die of a mount bolt before? What am I going to look at for time cost etc...? Also I thought I saw a torque spec chart somewhere but cant seem to find it anymore.

No worries. Got it all handled. Thought it was a rivet but ended up being a serrated flat stud after talking to a local old timer at a shop down the road. Popped it out with a punch and replaced with a 10mm bolt and lock washer. total cost: 2.50 for hardware 6.99 for punch set. :D
