In the April 03 issue, R&T have printed a correction to their "mainstream sedan" comparo.
Seems they gave the Accord too many points for it's price rating.
Once corrected and retallied the Mazda6 now equals the Accord V6 for a tie, at least in
terms of points. We all know the 6 is still the better "sport" sedan in terms of overall
sport package.

See, magazines do correct their errors when they are found. Seems advertising dollars
don't always sway the facts.

I've never seen a "correction" or retraction every get it's own headline and separate
article.

In this case the little blurb was not tucked away in small print. It was quite readable and put in the letters section.
The orginal article spoke very highly of the 6 anyway. The difference between the Accord and 6 was so small as to be a tie anyway. This just helps clear up the issue, as well as a "tie" can that it.

I kind of do as well. Accord has been around for like 15 years. The Mazda6 comes out it's first year of North American production and it ties the Accord in it's results.
