Two of my favorite tires shops in the Wooster Area (near Akron) closed up for good.

In need for my next set of tires and I'm looking for any recommendations for CS/Price. I like local tire shops over chain (ie Discount Tire, Monro, ect) just because they're local and more personal.

I'm continuously all over NE Ohio for work so I'm looking in the Cleveland - Akron - Canton areas.

Any personal recommendations?

Mr. Tire is a chain. During winter season they do have a good promo of buy 3 get 4th free. Quality of service and selection are comparable to others if not better.

Thanks, I will keep them in mind for next time :)

Ended up going through 300tire in Wooster - $343 out the door for 4 new tires!!!

Went with a Vanderbilt 225 40r18 -- no complaints really. Did a little research and it is actually an American company: Vanderbilt - Home

Wasn't too worried about wet/cold traction as I run snow tires on the factory 17's
