Ok, quick question. I have a slight rattle or clanking sound that occurs when I'm accelerating from a stop AND turning rather sharply. I dont have to be accelerating too fast, but if i accelerate slow enough the noise does not occur. It sounds like it comes from the wheel well. Could the shock or strut be banging up against something?

Do you think that noise could be coming from your cv joint?
Umm... is the noise of "rattling" or actually "beating: solid noise"? If it's the beating, then it's definitely your cv... :yesnod:

its like a solid noise. If it is the CV joint, is that normal under sharp turns?
