I found a screw(3/8 inch) in my tire today. It was stuck in the thread block(the thickest part) of my left passenger tire. I pulled it out and there isn't any leaks. So should I take it in have it patch just in case or leave it as it is?

Put some water over the area where the screw entered the tread. If you don't see bubbles, then the tire is not leaking and no further action is necessary. As they say, don't fix what isn't broken.

Get it taken off and patched it could cause a blowout in the future.

No, it won't. If the nail/screw has not punctured the inner liner, patching it won't do anything.

Better take the nail out asap because the nail is going to grand down and will cause more trouble than you can think (speaking from experience :slap: ).

Just go to a tire shop and have it fixed, for safety reasons.

No Bubbles that I can see. Looks like the inner liner isn't puncture. :) Thanks for your help.
