Has anyone ever had a problem with them when u had work done?

Nope went right in and had my reflash but that's it. The guy that owned the car before me had all the work done there though.

ill explain if i meet u guys. just wanted to see who had problems. Because my friend also went to them to get his ms3 to be fixed UNDERwarrenty and also had problems with custumer service.

what was wrong? now that i think about it.. i had a cracked headlight housing.. and they said it wasnt covered under "warranty".. which was bs imo.. so i jus went through my insurance and went through my deductible... the headlight wouldve cost me almost 800 bux. -_-;
