Today I finally realized that I'm actually a very safe driver...you leading guys were so crazy, taking corners over a hundred. :nono: But the good thing is, we all had fun. Driving on country roads is very different than driving on streets or tracks. The roller coaster effect is awesome, I felt like I went to Wonderland. But in fact, it is! Having seen how beautiful the country was, I smelled the true "fresh" air. If you had the windows opened while driving, you'll know what I mean...lol :hoho: Personally, I really enjoyed this meet and I hope all of you did as well.

A little tech side note: after today, I found that the car really needs an LSD, I did push the car to limit once at a moment. Yes, running with snow tires. It sucked but my coils gave me enough confidence, it's also the first time that I tried to push hardly since the installation of my new suspensions. I'm sure that I could go a little further with some good rubbers. Well, it's going to be after this winter. I can't wait but damn it...I'm a fully time student right now. However, it shouldn't be a problem as long as I could get into the coop program. Okay, now I need to work my ass off... :swearin:

And of cuz, here're the pics that I took today. Please excuse me for my photographic skills. :p Cheers

Here we go...

The line up is cool as always...

Cruising...

Taking a break...

Even more, the "ultimate" line up...

Sexi back...

Jones and I on the way back to T.O.

Enjoy! :)

LOL Derek you say the needs an LSD with those winter tires, try power understeering in a corner with race slicks on all 4 corners, then you realize just how much this car needs an LSD.

I hope everyone's day ended better than mine. My parents came home from visiting relatives and they started screaming for me to get outside. The first though through my head is "what did I do now?" Well sure enough this time I didn't do anything. My car decided to roll down my driveway and into the center of the street. And yes my parking brake was up, but it was one of the few times that I didn't park my car in gear. So after a quick parking brake adjustment yesterday all is good. I'm just glad there was no damage.

For now, I won't do it until I got new rubbers cuz safety is always the 1st priority. Actually, I did it when my car was bone stock, I know how the feeling is. It just horrible...

Btw, any idea on the labour for installing clutch + flywheel + LSD?

start a new thread on the LSD topic....

Being a Fall (colour) Cruise....

From my perspective we had a blast. I know Serge was counting down the hours when i spoke with him the evening before....and it was a blast. At this point he's probably counting down the days until the next one...jk Serge.

The turnout was amazing, and i hope everyone enjoyed the food. Serge's mom, and my wife put a lot of work into getting things ready and I owe them a big thanks. Judging by the lack of leftovers my guess is that it tasted pretty good, and most people enjoyed it. Hopefully everyone had enough to eat. As always any suggestions for improvement are always welcomed....just send a PM...

In case you were wondering....the flowers katie was holding at Tim Horton's were the flowers Serge picked up for Katie as a thank you from myself, Serge, and the club. We (collectively) also gave a set of flowers to Serge's mom as well. We're blessed that these two fine ladies were able and willing to help us make the day the success I feel it was.

But enough of my chit chat....here are some of my selcet pictures. Mrs. CLaman may select some of her favorites and choose to post them later too.....

here we go...

Good morning Balhar!

Line em up skippy, we got a trip to go on

being the tailer, a car passing by stopped and asked me what was going on. Thinking there was a major accident he looked both perplexed and worried. I guess 14 cars all with 4 way flashers doesn't look at that good? "What's all the chit chat about....whats to see? Oh I get it...you're a club."

From the rear... :D

The biker clubs were looking at us...the same way we were looking at them....nodding our heads in approval.

Stop signs are for those that want to stop. Someone commented on being a safe driver...not sure exactly who...BUT not a SINGLE car stopped for this stop sign (myself included)...So I call this picture....STOPTIONAL

One thing i remebered learning after doing this trek ( i had learned this lesson with my youth group club when i organized a road ralley)...is even though I knew which roads and which direction we had to go...always drive the route a day ahead so we know where we are going....but hey...it's all part of teh adventure right!

Maybe this could be a planned annual event for us M6 boys?!

A good drive, must always have a good lunch

just chillen

Our crazy, eye brow talking mod...being every so patriotic with the national symbol in his hat, and his lovely lady friend cruisen in style. BTW love the sound of that car...

that's 1 Fast M6

I took the lead on Appelby road seeing as I know the road very well. Those that didn't join the 4 of us missed out on a great road. That was the grande finale if you will.....a SHARP STEEP decent with an 135 degree corner followed by 2 sweeping left and rights, and that wasn't all ;)
