I replaced the stock parking light with an after market xenon matched LED bulb found here 194 168 W5W 2825 Map Led Parking Signal Marker Bulbs and it looked awesome, especially with the xenons turned off.

The problem is that about after 1 month of use, the driver side bulb would intermittently stop working until it permanently stayed unlit. I went to go check it and it fell into the headlight unit as I pulled out the bulb socket. I spent about an hour sticking my hand in the headlight and finally got it out. I placed it back into the bulb socket securely only for it to come loose 40 miles later and again fall back into the headlight as I tried to remove it. This time I couldn't get it out but luckily it's not visible from the outside. I never had issues with the stock parking light. So something is causing the LED bulb to become loose.

Is the LED bulb becoming loose because of the worn bulb socket or did I purchase a faulty bulb? I'm afraid to try a different bulb cause I could risk the bulb permanently getting stuck in the visible part of the light assembly. Also, could I use just a tiny bit of craft glue to hold the bulb in or is that a bad idea? Unfortunately there is no way to lock the led bulb into the bulb socket. It just slides straight in.

Sounds like a fitment issue related to an undersized base of the aftermarket LED lamp you linked in your OP.
Only two solutiuons I can think of is buy a different make of those bulbs, or see if you can bend the prongs/conductors outward a tad on both the socket and bulb, in order to snug up the fit when you plug it into the lamp base.

Compare the Led next to the bulb you took out. You may find the glass one was a little thicker. I ran led's in mine for over a year and never had any issues with that. The only thing I can think of that might help a little bit is some dielectric grease.

In the link you provided, I ran these without issue 194 168 W5W 2825 4 LED Clear Focused Lenses

...some dielectric grease.
Might help.

I wouldn't use any adhesives, though.

I bought some shitty LED 194's from the auto house and the base was alot larger than the factory ncandescent 194's. I basically had the opposite problem. I had to work that bitch down in there because it fit so snug.

Worn socket. Get a small flat head screw driver and bend the brass/metal tabs out to increase the contact when the LED bulb is pressed in. GL

Off topic, does anyone know of an led replacement that gives off a more white than what is pictured here ? I want to get away from the blue color .
The LED's came out blue in the picture but are more of an icy white in person. I got 6K white LEDs. You can get 3K white LEDs which should remove any hint of blue.

Its a pain in the ass - I've had this happen and it sucks, all I can say is good luck. I used a combination of bursts of compressed air and a grabber thingy to get the bulb out. The DDM bulbs I got don't fit in the holders too snuggly either.
