Hey everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to paint the steering wheel like this http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/ind...;catalogid=3313 Is there a spray paint that is made to paint the fabric on the wheel? Any ideas how this can be done? thanks

Sure it can be done, but with your hands constantly moving on it and the extreme temp changes in most places I am sure it will wear off and look like crap. But I am sure they make spray paint for fabric application. I saw some in HD the other day.

Even if you get it on there evenly, it'll wear off.

If you want to add color, consider the plastic pieces on the inside. Several members have done that.

i wouldnt paint it. your hands would wear off the paint eventually.
then you would have to explain to the ladies why you have black and silver hands.

Sand then paint them. Of course you have to remove them first. :)

If you want to change the center stack, you could always order the Metris kit and paint it the way you would like.
