I decided to change my spark plugs and noticed oil on the second one from the left. It had some oil on the threads and some near the electrode. Enough that it was dripping a little when I pulled it out. I cleaned it off and checked again 2 weeks later. Same thing, just the second from the left had oil on it. So what's the most likely cause of this?

If it is on the threads then the likely culprit is a bad valve cover gasket.

By your name seems you have 2008 car.
Oil on threads usually means an external oil leak like the valve cover gasket, oil on plug electrode is internal unless you bumped oily threads pulling plug out. The internal reason for oil on plug is more serious like valve seals or piston rings. If you can, do a compression check on all four, that should expose rings condition with a low pressure reading on the one in question. It's also a good indicator of health for any engine. Bad rings usually cause smoke on acceleration because the oil control rings can't wipe the oil from the sump splash oil properly, oil gets past comprssion rings that are designed to block pressure from the combustion chamber. Valve seals cause smoke on decelertion especially if you use gears to slow with high manifold vacume. Bad valve seals can also cause smoke on startup briefly from being parked over night for example.
