I also had the same problem. The important thing is that I don't reboot the machine. There were only a few strange sounds and it started to turn off all the lights. That is crazy.
Oil, Engine lights
Hi. I have been experiencing the same problem for a year now. I was driving on the M25 and I lost power and the oil light and engine light came on. I managed to nurse it to a garage because it cleared itself when I turned it off and on again.
The garage replaced the oil pressure switch and was fine for a month or so but has not resolved the issue. I came up again but this time it comes on when the engine warms up and gets hot.
Everytime it's plugged in it's something different.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
