Arh... worst weather to pick up my car 2day... rain so hard ... but no worries i get to use the swipers

Just got home not long ago ... it was a nice drive on the wet road... the handling of this car is just great! having so much fun driving it already hehehe
but one question... i think i have problem with my rear lights... or is this normal?
okay the question is ... does this light from the picture below lights up at all?? Cos on my car it doesnt... and i dont think theres light bulbs there... but the rear lights on the very far corners works fine...
